Worth the wait. For thirty years or so Allen Hogan harvested local apples and made them into cider, inspired by neighbour and early eco-warrior John Stewart. Those early Warwickshire tipples were the taste of springtime, with the first barrel opening a magical event shared between the two.
Until Allen decided to share it with the wider world too. A stall at Stratford farmers market beckoned, where people gave Allen real hard cash, for real hard cider. Stuff made the traditional way. Moreish, delicious, and thirst quenching.
He's come a long way from the farmers market, but the philosophy remains the same. Proper ciders and perries, full of flavour. Winning awards all over. So we're glad Allen didn't just keep it in his kitchen.

High by name but low by nature. This light, refreshing and gently sparkling low alcohol cider is no less authentically fresh pressed than any of our other brilliantly tasty ciders, just without the same inebriating qualities (which could be good for some people we know). As always, it's the tannins that make for a deliciously moreish tipple, making this appley drop beautifully well balanced without being too sweet. And because we've kept the alcohol low, you can indulge yourself that little bit more without falling in the bush again!
